Something To Do
Jimmy shaved, brushed his teeth, combed his hair, got dressed in his best suit, tie, and dress shoes, grabbed his stack of cards, and left.
He went door-to-door around the neighborhood until his cards were gone, smiling and silently handing a single card to anyone who answered their door.
The cards–business card-sized and containing bold Helvetica font which simply read “HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT VIVICA A. FOX LATELY?” above a single head shot of the actress Jimmy had found online–were meaningless.
But he was bored, and he had plenty of card stock and printer ink, and it was something to do.
